LABORATORIOS COLOPLAST. Launch of the new BIATAIN product. National Tour (Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid, Seville, San Sebastian, Murcia, Alicante). Attendees up to 800 pax. Those summoned: doctors and nurses at the mentioned cities. Congress setting-up, product presentation, a show performed by former Soleil Circus members, VIP cocktail and a live DJ party.
MOËT & CHANDON. Champagne presentation. Shows (elegant acrobats, flying ring, aerial acrobatics, fire jugglers) live during a month. Taking place at the exclusive ME MADRID Hotel’s PENTHOUSE. Organisation and coordination of artists, set-up and audiovisuals.
BP Open day with employees and children. Picnic day. The estate turned into an amusement and leisure area for all ages.Adult Activities ; Batuka, wind tunnel, mechanical bull, Inflatable Human Table Football. Children’s activities ; children’s play-centre, inflatable games, face-painting, workshops, clowns, puppet shows, baby care. The following was coordinated: leisure material, activities, marquees including loudspeaker system and hostesses. Attendees, about 500 pax
KPMG. Corporate event. Coordination of conferences related to teambuilding and leisure activities . management of transfers and gastronomy. We merged our product “Cocktail day” with “Mira quien baila”(Dancing with the Stars style program) creating a merge half way between training and amusement by teams. It was a real success.Attendees 80 pax.
IREA. Teambuilding activity with a lunch. “Gymkhana de minis”, multi-adventure along the castle route. Engine/Driving, skill tests, visual accuracy, enigmas and riddles. One of Optimiza’s star products: original, amusing and very competitive. Attendees 40 pax.
MAERKS LINE. Entertainment and teambuilding, Christmas Dinner. “Esto es Hollywood”(This is Hollywood), an indoor game applied to a company. A film setting event where all the company members interrelated and got to know each other.Attendees 450 pax.
MARSANS. A gastronomic and cultural event. A bilingual route of “tapas” throughout the “Madrid of the Austrians”. 2 days enjoying the Castilian products and multi-adventure activities. The tour is guided by professionals, stops are made at the mythical bars to sample the typical “tapas” and a bullfighting training session with young bulls. Attendees 120 pax.

Form of payment: A deposit payment equal to 50% of the event’s total estimate. The remaining 50%, is negotiable for a 30 to 90 day settlement.
